1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of an eligible US state to purchase tickets. Residents of Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Nevada, and Utah are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Tickets and draws

Each ticket costs $0.25. Ticket sales close at the end of each draw week. A winning ticket number is selected via a publicly verifiable random process. All sales are final once the draw window closes.

3. Prize / donation

The prize is a donation to a registered 501(c)(3) charity chosen by the winner. The winner does not receive funds personally. Winners have 72 hours from notification to confirm the recipient charity; otherwise the jackpot is donated to GiveDraw's default vetted charity.

4. Taxes

Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible donations. Consult a tax professional regarding your individual situation.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GiveDraw is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
